Choose the right framing before you export

A vertical photo from a different-shaped source

Our 1080×1920 px option is a 9:16 starting canvas, not a promise that every TikTok placement requires those pixels. A landscape photo cannot become vertical without cropping or adding space around it. Check the editor preview and choose the result that keeps the subject visible.

Keep text and faces away from the outer edges, where an app interface may cover them. Download one test image and inspect it on your phone before resizing a whole batch.

A square draft for a round profile display

The 400×400 px option is a practical square draft. A circular profile display hides the corners, so leave breathing room around a face or logo. The resize editor changes canvas dimensions; use the crop tool first when you need to move the subject into the center.

Small text can become unreadable at profile size. Preview the exported image at a small size and keep the design simple.
